Profile
I worked in healthcare services research for ten years after graduating with my MSc in Psychology and have practiced yoga for many years on a personal basis. Last year I decided that I wanted to take a career change and trained to become a yoga teacher with YMCA fit. I also hold the Principles of Exercise and Fitness qualification along with level 3 Anatomy and Physiology. I like to practice and teach gentle Hatha yoga along with meditation. I would describe my classes as suitable for beginners-intermediate who are looking for a relaxing and restorative practice.
