Profile

I have been practising yoga for over 9 years and decided to become a teacher nearly two years ago. I teach a more restorative style of class incorporating guided meditations, pranayama (breathing techniques) and asanas (yoga poses). I believe that Yoga is not only great for the body but also for the mind and our emotional well-being. I teach in a trauma sensitive way and my classes are particularly suitable for those who have bad backs.
