I have been doing yoga since my late teens all the way to the Fatherhood. And as a recent father, my time on the mat as being my foundation for the last few months. Having a good day or bad depends if I have done some form of yoga practise. Especially on bad days, it helps lift and improve my mood. The beauty of yoga is we can choose what we want from the practice, for the physical or mental benefit and is up to the individual. I am currently offering Gentle yoga and Strength Focused Yoga.
