Profile
I offer classes for Beginners, Continuation, Experienced and Pre and Post Natal Classes. I also offer Individual Tuition and Ayurvedic Therapy as well as Workshops and Courses on these subjects. I have trained for 5 years in the Viniyoga of Yoga approach in the tradition of Sri T. Krishnamacharya and his son T.K.V. Desikachar.My yoga training is informed by my 5 years of Ayurveda training with Atreya Smith of the IEEV. You can find more information on this approach on my website.
