Yoga For Health Foundation Certificate In Hatha Yoga (2001)

Profile

I teach Hatha Yoga for beginners and intermediates. Classes include warm up stretches, working on the yoga postures, pranayama (breathing methods), relaxation, visualization and meditation. I have been practising yoga since 1994 and teaching since 2001. Yoga became my lifestyle after I became ill with Lupus and discovered its healing effects.
