I have been committed to Yoga , its practice and benefits for more than 30 years. I teach gentle Hatha yoga which is suitable for both beginners and improvers. The classes are welcoming and include a range of activities including warm ups, classical asanas (yoga postures), gentle relaxation and visualisation , pranayama (yoga breathing ) . All of which are aimed to improve your sense of well-being; an oasis in this hectic modern world.
