Profile

Over the years, my own practice has included many different styles of yoga, and this is reflected in my classes. If you like the idea of sometimes practising yoga gently and slowly, and sometimes with real vigour and energy, then my approach may be for you. Breathwork, relaxation techniques and meditation, are all vital components of my classes. Steadiness, strength,and fluidity, are the physical and mental approaches that run through my teaching, and these are qualities which yoga can bring into your bodies and your inner Self.
