I fell in love with yoga as soon as my feet touched the mat. As the sound of OM resonated through me with a deep sense of relaxation and the feeling of coming home to myself I knew things would be different for me from this moment. This is when yoga became the beginning of a life long journey for me. Since then I have integrated the yoga philosophies and practice into my everyday life. It hasn’t been an easy journey, juggling visions of my soul’s calling for complete zen whilst holding up a “normal” job and paying the bills! I am devoted to continuously learning, sharing and radiating this knowledge for everyone to utilise and enjoy. The more I explore and learn, the more I’m able to share my wisdom in a new and vibrant light.
