A flowing class that uses creative sequencing and accompanying music to flow through classical hatha postures designed to increase your heart rate, whilst calming down your nervous system and boosting energy levels for the week ahead. Description / Notes: 15th Jan - 19th Feb 2014 This 6 week beginners course will teach you the key postures and principles of hatha yoga, leaving you confident to join general drop-in classes and establish a regular practice at home. The group will be kept small, friendly and interactive. Enjoy an hour of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation to leave you feeling lighter in mind and body, and relaxed and revitalised for the week ahead. The course is suitable for brand-new beginners or practitioners who want to go back to basics.
