    Description / Notes: Ananda Marga yoga & meditation practices are based on the ancient Indian tradition of Tantra yoga. Tantra means to liberate the mind from the bondages of the world on the path to self-realisation. Our Tuesday and Thursday classes will include some warm-ups, yoga asanas (postures) and relaxation and a short meditation. Our Wednesday evening class will be focused on the meditation aspect of yoga and there will be some discussion about the philosophy of Ananda Marga.Map
