I\'m currently studying with Richard Adamo, BWY DCT, and Ade Belcham, BWY. Numerous intensive workshops with International Instructors: Granville Cousins; Manju Jois; Danny Paradise; David Swenson; Lino Miele; Venketesh. Recently completed an Ashtanga Teacher Training Intensive course with David Swenson. Member of the British Wheel of Yoga.
