Isabelle has practiced yoga for over 30 years and has been teaching since 2003. She teaches Dynamic yoga which unites elements of Iyengar and Ashtanga and seeks to integrate body, breath and mind in order that balance and clarity can be experienced. More recently she has been integrating Qi Gong into her yoga teaching.
