Description / Notes: I offer weekly classes where students learn safe yoga postures, breath and relaxation techniques to prepare for the birth There is no fixed start and finish dates for courses of classes: this means that those with busy work patterns have the chance to attend classes on different days of the weeks, and that women at different stages of pregnancy share the same classes. It is important to attend at least 6 classes before your birth, if possible, so as to gain the key techniques. Map
