Profile

I have been practising yoga since 1995 and have taught over 6,000 yoga classes including over 500 online classes since starting teaching in 2002. Attend any of my other face to face or online private yoga classes when you cannot make your regular class. I have the Yoga for Health Foundation General Training Scheme and Remedial Training Scheme certificates. I have studied and continue to study with a wide range of teachers, bringing these diverse influences to my teaching. I make considerable use of sequence work, teaching a wide range of sequences suitable for various levels of ability.
