Surendra (Yogacharya Jnandev) and Sally�s (Yogacharini Deepika) are presently running regular yoga classes in Hebron, whitland (Carmarthenshire), Cardigan (Ceredegion). Narberth (Pembrokshire) which makes us Dyfed (three counties). We are based on Rishiculture Gitananda Yoga and initiate our students to Patanjali Ashtanga Yoga or RajaYoga. Please browse our site and contact us if you would like any extra information, or are interested in attending any of our classes or retreats. We are also always interested to hear from other Yoga teachers in West Wales, so welcome!
