Description / Notes: Classes are 90 minutes and follow the classical teachings of Hatha Yoga The practice includes pranayama (breathing exercises), warm-up exercises and a flowing asana (posture) sequence followed by guided relaxation. Inverted, sitting and standing postures are practiced; the teacher will suggest more challenging variations for more advanced students. Open classes encompass all levels and include a taste of Sanskrit chanting and philosophy.Map
