Pauline Ward founder and business owner of Inspired Health and Fitness; Pauline has been working in the Fitness Industry teaching health and fitness classes for many years. During her career she worked with YMCA Fitness Industry Training, Everyone Active, Nuffield Health, The Register of Exercise Professionals and SkillsActive, the Sector Skills Council for Active Leisure, Learning and Well-being. Her key areas of expertise are teaching and coaching face to face health, fitness and wellbeing exercise sessions and addressing stress management through yoga and Pilates. Pauline has a natural ability to ensure all participants feel at ease and are given individual attention, encouragement and correction with their exercise technique.
