    Description / Notes: In my classes I teach aspects of Power Vinyasa and Restorative Prana Yoga. Power Vinyasa Yoga part is a "hot", fast paced practice designed to detox the body, build the core strength, strengthen upper and lower body and bring stability and grounding into one's life. All sequences are creatively put together so that every class is a slow progression towards a more challenging practice. During Prana Yoga Sequence we will progress along a slow cooling sequence of asanas. There will be a deeper concentration on breath-movement synchronization and postural alignment. By slowing down the brain wave frequency we will be able to look inside and inquire what causes a particular recent problem in the body or in one's life.
