These active birth antenatal classes offer a unique and total birth preparation education: antenatal yoga and breathing, active birth education, and hypnobirthing. It is a weekly programme and each course lasts 6 weeks. You can join from 14 weeks pregnant and can continue the classes right up until your baby arrives. We welcome pregnant mums with conditions such as SPD and pelvic girdle pain (where traditional pregnancy yoga classes are unsuitable). Baby classes for mum and new born baby will be coming in 2012 too! Daisy Birthing is much more than just pregnancy yoga, we include self-hypnosis relaxation and active birth antenatal education too! Ladies don’t need to be especially fit or bendy to enjoy our classes and ladies with SPD/PGP can enjoy our classes too. (where traditional pregnancy yoga may be unsuitable).
