Hannah trained with the prestigious Body Control Pilates Centre in London with esteemed teachers including Lynne Robinson. She is passionate about Pilates and the benefits it can bring to people - both mentally and for their bodies and their movement. Hannah teaches a popular timetable of group classes, and is also available for private sessions (often held in your own home) across central Hampshire.
