All my yoga and Pilates classes are small, friendly groups and suitable for everyone. Through our yoga practice we work on our postures to strengthen the body and work with our suppleness and flexibility. Through breathing exercises we slow not only the breath but the mind and body too. Through meditation/relaxation we find our stillness from the sometimes chaotic world! Pilates works essentially with our core abdominal strength and helps strengthen our bodies and help with the alignment of our bodies.
