I aim to bring to you ...a toned body with a steel core... My class focuses on bringing harmony to the body by working to increase ones strength and flexibility. Linking ones breath with movement (viniyasa) is taught so that your yoga practise, with time, becomes a moving meditation. Opening the body, the breath and the heart. I look forward to teaching you.
