We are a healthy living centre based in Shoreditch, Hackney. We offer a range of low-cost yoga classes to increase access to residents in Hackney and other boroughs across London. Classes available include hatha, gentle, prenatal and postnatal yoga.

    Description / Notes: Baby Yoga is for babies from eight weeks to crawling. All yoga sequences are age-appropriate; include stretching with movement through songs, nursery rhymes and active play. Baby massage is incorporated as an introduction to the sense of touch. There will be practices for mums and babies to do together as well as integration of postnatal recovery exercises for mums to increase strength and improve vitality. (From 8 weeks after birth with no complications)Map

    Description / Notes: Our Hatha yoga classes are suitable for all levels. All equipment is provided for you - if you have a mat, please feel free to bring it along. Please do not eat two hours prior to the start of the class. Bring comfortable clothing (leggings, shorts, t-shirts, jumpers).     Description / Notes: This is an opportunity to spend time with yourself and your unborn baby. As you prepare for motherhood, there are physical and emotional changes the body is undergoing, wherein, adapting to these changes will be taught in class. You will learn how to relax and breathe, support implantation in the womb,strengthen the body, keep the joints supple and to take care of yourself in this wonderful phase of your life.
