I have been teaching since 2007 and offer an adaptive style to suit different class needs. Gentle, more yin style yoga or stronger, dynamic more yang style yoga - but always focusing on the individual student to find what\'s right for them. All classes include pranayama, meditation and a relaxation using singing bowls. Chanting and kirtan also taught. Workshops offered from time to time.
