Practising yoga for 4 years and completed teacher training in India, Khajuraho. Yoga is a way of life and a practice for everyone. Yoga has made such a big difference in my life and I want to share the experience.

    Description / Notes: Traditional Hatha Yoga. Class begins with pranayama breathing exercises, followed by asana sequence to increase flexibility and strength and concluded with a final relaxation. All levels welcome, as the sequence can be tailored to individual level.Map
