Introduced to Yoga as a child, redescovered 14 years ago I became a qualified Sivananda teacher over 9 years ago and have been lucky enough to share this teaching ever since. I teach open classes at Stanwick Village hall, members only classes at Bannatynes in Wellingborough and also private classes at my home or at students. Adapt, adjust, modify Yoga for all!
