Profile

I have been exploring Dru yoga for nearly 10 years - deciding to join a teacher training course in the West Midlands in 2009 after breaking an ankle. All too clearly, being unable to get to my weekly class was having a negative impact on my health and well-being. I knew I wanted more! Dru is a very gentle therapeutic yoga and I call it the tool box for living life to the full. I qualified as a teacher Dru yoga teacher early in 2012.

    Description / Notes: A small welcoming class exploring the benefits of Dru yoga "Stillness in Motion". A gentle workout, stretch, breathing techniques and relaxation - joy! My aim is to encourage all students to feel both energised and happily calm by the end of the each class. We become more self aware and better able to withstand life's stresses.Map
