Helen Clare Yoga provides the highly praised ‘Yoga in Education Project’ for pupils in Primary and Secondary schools in and around Cornwall, UK – as well as exciting and stimulating children’s yoga classes. Helen Clare Yoga also offers bespoke Yoga for Athletes classes, workshops and 1 to 1 for athletes in Cornwall of all sports, particularly: runners, swimmers, rowers, surfers and triathletes – plus Trail Running and Yoga retreats in Europe.
