Profile

I have been practising yoga for some 15+ years and teaching since 2006. Over this time, I have tried several different styles of yoga and find that, for me, a more mindful approach is best. In my classes I encourage students to be mindful of body and breath to make the whole class a mindful practice. Since qualifying as a teacher I have also studied meditation with Maarten Vermaas and practice mindfulness meditation as a way of connecting myself to the moment and creating space in my life, often using photography as a way of coming closer to the present moment.
