Profile

I trained with the Inner Healing School of Yoga, Wellingborough in 2004/2005 and qualified as a Yoga Teacher in 2005. I have been teaching for 9 years in Newport Pagnell and the Open University, Milton Keynes and have experience of working with the elderly (chair yoga), over 50\'s (mat yoga) younger adults and teenagers. Also helping people with health issues to adapt their yoga practice to suit their needs.

    Description / Notes: The class is open to all levels as asanas can be adapted to suit the individual. Emphasis on overall health in body and mind, breathing for health, and relaxation. St. Michael's Church (which is no longer used as a Church and is carpeted with underfloor heating) is a unique venue which lends itself to finding peace and tranquillity of mind. Map
