Georgie teaches is passionate about the healing and transformational effects of Kundalini Yoga. She teaches all ages, general classes, in schools, for pregnancy and birth as well as offering one to one yoga therapy and workshops and retreats. Georgie's classes are so holistic I love them. I feel as though I have had a great work out, a massage, a bit of therapy & healing and a good sleep!
