Description / Notes: Natural Awakening – Moving meditation and mindfulness Following on from our successful retreat days, we will be offering several days in 2014. Dates: Jan 25th, March 22nd, May 17th 2014 workshops and weekend summer retreat This series of 3 workshops can be booked as a series or attended individually. These are going to be followed by a weekend retreat where we will be going into more depth with many of the practices. We are bringing together a culmination of training and expertise to share with you a programme to lift your energy levels, health and well-being physically, emotionally, and spiritually. The practices of mindfulness, yoga, meditation, and self-compassion are brought together in a culmination of practices that will refresh, replenish and rejuvenate.
