The benefits of Iyengar yoga are numerous and cover a wide range of physical, emotional and well-being issues. Regular practice helps with weight management, ensures better sleep, eases back pain and relieves stress. My classes are perfect for beginners, improvers and the less flexible as props such as blocks, bricks, belts and blankets can be used to help achieve all the benefits of a posture. For the more experienced a more challenging version of each posture ensure my classes are suitable for all abilities. 60 and 90 minute classes available along with private and corporate yoga and healthy eating workshops tailor-made to your needs.
