Profile

My Yoga journey began in 1990 when I attended my first yoga class at a local gym. I loved it so much and took up a teacher training course with the Inner School of Healing in Northampton and qualified to teach Hatha Yoga Over the years I have worked with teachers from different backgrounds, including Ashtanga and Iyengar Yoga. I have been inspired by many great teachers and I enjoy bringing aspects of my experience from them into my own teaching style and to my classes. As well as teaching in various gyms in Northampton, I also taught yoga at the Northampton High School, Northampton Blind Association, Corporate companies such as Belkin and Nationwide and Grant Thortons If you would like to know more please contact me for futher information.
