Profile

Beth first started practising yoga ten years ago, and was immediately captured by the form of the asana and the calming effect of moving the body in union with the breath. Yoga has been a part of her life since then, practising with a range of teachers in hatha, ashtanga, vinyasa flow and restorative yoga. She has experienced the emotional and mental healing that yoga can bring as it helped her through periods of depression and anxiety, bringing calmness even on the days when just getting on the mat were a struggle. These experiences were the impetus for Beth pursuing the path of yoga teaching, and she will soon complete her Yoga Alliance 200 hour certificate at Claire Wetherley Yoga School. Beth believes yoga is for everyone and aims to provide a supportive environment where students can safely develop their practice.

Classes
