Profile
Yoga with a focus on breath, body awareness and being present. Classes start with warm-up, include a series of standing, seated and supine poses and end with a short relaxation. Each person’s yoga practise and experience may be different from their neighbour’s in class. Keeping that in mind, Chandni offers modifications for postures and tailors the classes depending on the group. Chandni’s responsive way of teaching balances the importance of good technique with individual proficiency. Her hope is to help students practise yoga on and off the mat.
