Profile
I have practised Iyengar Yoga since 2004 and I trained as a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher with Advanced Level Teacher, Jayne Orton at the Iyengar Yoga Institute of Birmingham, where I continue my ongoing professional development on a regular basis. Prior to the pandemic, I taught weekly Iyengar Yoga classes in and around the Derby area, in Littleover, Darley Abbey and Morley at Beginner, Mixed Ability and Intermediate levels. Since March 2020, these have all been taught online. Some in person classes are due to resume summer 2021.
