Jaina is a 200HRS Registered Yoga Teacher and expert LushTums Pregnancy Yoga Teacher & Antenatal Educator. A regular yoga practitioner herself, she qualified in 2010 with Yoga Haven and in 2016 with LushTums. Jaina is passionate about promoting the union of body and mind through each practice and by learning breathing techniques and postures to improve physical and mental well-being. Yoga is her life and she is extremely passionate about sharing all the benefits with you. Come and join Jaina at one of her classes in Greater Manchester and Cheshire.
