Profile
I am based in Wharfedale, West Yorkshire. I have been practising Iyengar yoga since 1995 and teaching since 2000. I am a dedicated teacher and practitioner. I help my students improve and progress in their yoga through my supportive and encouraging approach. I have a Masters Degree in Business and have had a varied career. Most recently, I worked for 10 years in the charitable sector before focusing my energy on yoga.
