Our IYENGAR Teacher MARIA BIRD holds an Junior Intermediate Level 1 certificate and has taught and practiced Iyengar Yoga for over 25 years. DEBBIE CLARK focusses on building strength and flexibility to foster better postural habits under the BRITISH WHEEL OF YOGA . LISA CAPRAI has practiced yoga for nearly 20 years, her HATHA classis slow and focusses on correct alignment, breathing, and using props effectively. JO THOMPSON EDGE is qualified to teach pregnant women and her JYOTI class focusses on relaxation techniques and restorative work. LIZ WILLIAMS PILATES class builds strength flexibity and mobility for all ages.
