Profile

I became interested in yoga as a form of self-care and soon started to experience some of the physical and mental benefits. Yoga offered a way to release tension and stress and feel more grounded. Yoga became a form of exploration and support throughout everyday life. I teach from an alignment focused approach and I enjoy bringing together emotional and creative exploration with the physical expression of yoga. Teaching asana and sharing reflections on yoga philosophy and psychology in an accessible way hopefully allows students to access the benefits of yoga on different levels.
