Profile

I’ve been practicing Yoga for more than 20 years and in that time discovered that Yoga is much more than just movement. Regular practice can improve our physical and mental health creating a sense of wellbeing which we can take off the mat and into life. I love to weave movement and mindfulness into a creative flow focusing on the breath, alignment and the energy of the Season. For example, using elements from TCM alongside Yoga, Spring practice is about rising energy and detoxing whilst Winter is calming and rejuvenating, reflecting what is going on around us in nature.
