The Zen Yoga style emphasises physical alignment, the flow of energy (or 'Ki'), and mindfulness of the body Through a combination of yoga approaches including traditional Indian Hatha yoga and Japanese 'shin-shin toitsu-do' (mind-body unification), Zen Yoga Instructor classes explore key poses that focus mental awareness and help release tension in the body. All are welcome, no previous practice required. Places are limited, booking is essential.
