Hi! I'm Sam, a 200 hour Certified Yoga Teacher and Zumba License holder. I have a relaxed teaching style, encouraging you to do what FEELS good for you, appreciating that everyone is unique. I teach Vinyasa style yoga, with two options - Yoga Flow or Wind-Down Yoga. There's also a weekly meditation class, helping to gain greater clarity and focus. Dancing is also a great way to feel free and express yourself, so come and join me for some Zumba too!
