I've been involved in Group Exercise Classes for 19 years and teaching my own classes since 2010. I use fitness based movements from Yoga as well as Pilates to strengthen, lengthen and tone your body of the future. My Yogalates classes are perfect for beginners, intermediates and advancers with all options demonstrated.
