My classes are designed for a range of levels and abilities. whether you are a complete beginner or more advanced. Each class will to help you relax, unwind, stretch and strengthen. With Pilates, Yoga, yogalates and even meditation, there is something for everyone. Expect to feel stretched and strengthened while feeling wonderfully refreshed and relaxed, finishing each class with relaxation. Classes are held at the Beautiful Eat.Love.Yoga, directly opposite kidderminster train station. This beautiful studio is small and cozy. A perfectly nurturing environment to teach and practice in.
