Profile

I went to my first yoga class in the mid eighties. Since then I have attended many classes and been interested in trying out different styles of yoga. From going to a class once a week, it became twice a week and gradually yoga became more and more important in my life until I found myself practising daily. It was not until 2017 that I finally embarked on a Yoga Alliance Teacher Training and I became a yoga teacher (RYT 200) in May that year. I have been teaching several classes a week since then. The Style of yoga I teach is a combination of Hatha and Vinyasa Flow. My classes are informal and friendly and are suitable for every body. Each week we explore different standing, seated and lying postures with a lot of focus on the breath. Classes always end with a lovely final relaxation.
