Profile

Catherine’s yoga class is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. This friendly and supportive class allows students to work at their own pace to tone, improve flexibility and de-stress. The class is structured to flow from Dru Yoga ‘activations’ to energise and release tension, through flowing sequences, classical Hatha Yoga postures and ending with a visualisation and deep relaxation. With over 20 years teaching experience, Catherine trained in Dru Yoga and comes from a dance background. She has also worked in therapeutic yoga and with Macmillan Wellbeing Centre.
