Sat Nam. I practice Kundalini Yoga for last 12 years and it became my path towards health and spiritual life. Kundalini Yoga uses asana, pranayama, mudra and mantra creating a sequence that has direct effect on consciousness. It is a practice for anyone who would like to deepen their relationship with their soul and own destiny. This practice overtime develops strong body, strong mind, kind open heart and deep sensitivity - intuition. Kundalini Yoga has variety of sets and meditations and each class you will go will have most likely different exercise. It is a Yoga of Experience, so I invite you to join my class to check it out yourself.
